2. Install Safety Guard Rails or Use a Harness System
This is a mandatory requirement for working on roofs in Victoria.
3. Repair work
If any repairs are needed before painting, we can provide a separate quote. This is not included in the roof painting-only offer.
4. Surface Sterilisation
To help prevent future fungal or algae growth, we apply Acratex Prep Treat after cleaning. Not all roofs need this, but it’s a powerful treatment when necessary.
5. Prime and Seal
The entire roof is sealed with a primer designed to bond with the membrane coating, ensuring long-lasting adhesion and protection. We select the primer that best suits your roof’s material and condition.

No, the offer covers minor touch-ups, but not full repairs. We can provide a separate quote for any needed repairs like repointing, rebedding, or valley replacement.
Are you insured?

2. Old bedding is removed and replaced where needed.
3. Flexible pointing is applied.
